Anno 2070 which buildings need roads

Thanks for the update. So of course there are follow on questions. First I see the additional Power Station at the foot of the main Boulevard. I think that will solve my concern. I left just enough investors on Ditch Water to be able to build this. Then I down graded the investors on Ditchwater and continued to upgrade on Bright Sands. This will yield significant income from tourists. Again thanks! You have giving me such inspiration. Like you I have turned off the Pirates.

Do you also build Glass on Bright Sands? I assume you ship the resources from Bright Sands to your industry. How many gold mines to you have? I find I need to increase my gold production. After 2 Weeks of accumulating resources in Bright Sands I finally pulled the trigger.

I now have a Crystal Palace!! I must have stripped all the lumber and clay bricks from all my Old World islands. I was also caught off guard with it asked for Wood Veneer. I had of each resource stocked up but I had 4 ships scrambling to gather more to keep things going. Also I found that some of my buildings were out of range. I also had to add schools and churches in several places until I upgraded past that need.

I still have a long way to go but it is wonderful to finally get to this point. Now comes all the trade route redesign and a bunch of other stuff. What is your current Population? And how much Coffee do you need for all those investors. I am finding it a bit more difficult to upgrade everyone in Bright Sands.

Bright Sands is jsut sucking all the oil. It didn't take much time to consume 9, barrels of oil. I also had to add a pier to Bright Sands to handle all the traffic. Also can you tell me how many grape farms you have. I need to start working on that. I have bottles but those investors love the bubbly. I am surprised how fast all my reserves are going down.

I thought I would have plenty of time to adjust my trade routes. Is grapes all you have planted? I was sort of disinclined to start over with the Mods. Just a quick update. I took the plunge. I installed "Spice it Up". Colour Blindness Policy Privacy policy Protected page. Explore Wikis Community Central. Register Don't have an account? Edit source History Talk 0. These are meant to provide atmosphere to the game, to immerse you in the world. I understand why the developers included the eXtermination part of gameplay.

It seems weird to have a world without conflict. If this was the worst part of Anno , we would have smooth sailing from here on out. Sadly, this is where the good ship Anno sinks. This is a larger discussion, one I promise to write about in a separate article soon. I would also argue that knocking for having DRM is a bit like giving the local restaurant a bad review on Yelp because the parking sucks. Besides, this game has bigger fish to fry.

Pain in my ass. Time and again, the game will create a set of rules for how to interact with it, only to throw those rules right out the porthole without any rhyme, reason, or helpful tooltip. When a game is hard, punishing like Dark Souls or even Donkey Kong Country , I can accept that because working through the challenges is the fun of the game. Bookmark it. A lot. Hopefully it helps at least a little bit.

This is flat out basics like offloading materials from a boat, giving an NPC a quest-item, finding necessary resources or setting up a trade route. Worse, for all its wealth of information, the game keeps the really important stuff out of reach. OK, cool. Only, the game never tells you. The player is left to guess.

Another example: the player wants to trade excess resources with neighbors? OK, what do the NPCs want? Who knows? What should the player offer? A mystery! Or use the trade tab in the depot menu and select which goods to make available? I think. I could go on like this. I do, actually, in the privacy of my own home. Yes, my psychiatrist is also concerned. Finally, I understand the game was made in Germany and distributed by a French company, but some of the English translations in there are just bizarre, often in humorous ways.

Could someone please contact me and let me know? Stuff like that is all over the game and it takes an experience that was already hard to parse and makes it near impossible. The result of all this is that more time is spent searching for answers than on playing the game. Should you take this bad boy out for a cruise or leave it sitting in dry dock? Right now, players can pick up Anno vanilla mmmm….
